Buying artwork should be a fun, worry-free experience that leaves you will a feeling of confidence, comfort and anticipation throughout the buying process and a feeling of fulfillment, joy, and satisfaction once you’ve received your brand new masterpiece.
Because I believe artwork to be an investment, purchasing a piece should also be risk free! And here at JP Diroll Photography, you can comfortably invest knowing there is zero risk because I personally guarantee you'll be happy with your decision. If you are not satisfied with your decision once you've received your print, let's just say there are plenty of options to make sure you're COMPLETELY happy with your investment. More on that in just a moment.
For now, let's say you’ve picked the photo you love and ordered your print. It arrives (ALWAYS WITHIN 3 WEEKS AND IN FLAWLESS CONDITION) and you open it with excited anticipation. You take it to that perfect spot you’ve picked out for hanging...
Uh oh. It’s lovely…
But JP, my print is too small. Bigger is nearly always an option. If you have a bigger space to fill, we can and will fill it, making your artwork even more life-size and life-like! Simply pay the difference in size and send back your original, smaller print.
But JP, my print is too big.No problem at all. Just send back the original, larger print and I'll send you your new print and refund the difference.
But JP, I hung the print and the colors don’t match my decor. Still not a problem. I have a substantial portfolio with images that span a wide array of colors. We can find a view that makes you happy with a color scheme that accents and compliments your room. Swapping photos is free and easy.
But JP, I ordered a paper print and I really think I should have went with a Metal Print. Can I swap different print mediums? Of course. Any paper print can be traded in for a metal print or canvas print. You just pay the difference and ship the original print back to me.
But JP, I just don’t like the print and I’m not certain I want a replacement. Can I just get my money back? In this case, I’ll be very sad, but I really just want you to be happy. If my work just doesn’t do that for you, then you will receive 100% of your purchase price as a refund, after I shed a few tears into my pillow of course. Making me cry is free and easy.
What if my print gets damaged in shipping? All shipments are fully insured and guaranteed. In the rare case, though, that a print is damaged in transit, simply photograph the package and send the images to me within 24 hours of delivery - email@example.com. A new print will be sent into production within 24 hours and shipped to you as soon as possible. Zero charge to you, of course.
Ultimately, my goal and my hope is for you to be happy with your purchase and I'll do everything I can to make sure that happens. As I've mentioned in the few examples above though, there may be reasons you need to exchange your print. So you can "try" your print for up 90 days. If in that time you are unsatisfied, for any reason at all, as long as you have not damaged your print (damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the print) you can return for a full refund (less the shipping cost), exchange for a different size or print medium, or trade up or down in size. You as the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs on all trades or exchanges. Please note the following:
*Inspect your print upon its arrival. All prints should be received in flawless condition, but in the very rare case they are not, please let me know within 48 hours of the print's arrival.
*Try your print for up 90 days. If in that time you are unsatisfied, as long as you have not damaged your print (damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the print) you can return for a full refund (less the shipping cost), exchange for a different size or print medium, or trade up or down in size. You as the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs on all trades or exchanges.
